摘  要:以某市中心两路口交汇处的基坑工程为例,结合其基坑开挖过程中造成的土体管涌、地面塌陷和原有建筑不均匀沉降等事故情况,从勘察、设计和施工方面分析了事故原因,并针对基坑失稳和周围建筑沉降提出了相应的补救措施,且加固止沉效果良好。Using the foundation pit project located at the intersection of two roads in a city center as an example,combined with the accidents such as soil pipework,ground collapse and the uneven settlement of the original building caused by the excavation of the foundation pit,the causes of the accident are analyzed from the aspects of investigation,design and construction.The corresponding remedial measures are put forward for the instability of the foundation pit and the settlement of the surrounding buildings,and the effect of reinforcement and settlement prevention is good.
