摘 要:本文以高真空感应炉制备添加了Sc、Zn、B等元素的Ag-4Cu-0.5Ni合金,采用静态浸渍试验、动电位扫描等表征手段对其抗硫化性能进行了分析。研究结果表明,Sc、Zn、B等元素的加入可显著提高Ag-4Cu-0.5Ni合金在H_(2)S气氛和Na_(2)S溶液中的抗硫化能力;合金元素的添加不仅大幅降低合金材料自腐蚀电流和腐蚀速率,而且显著提高抗硫化性能。材料性能的改善与合金显微缩孔的减少、Zn与S的优先反应和生成的钝化膜(Sc)等因素有关。This article uses a high vacuum induction furnace to prepare Ag-4Cu-0.5Ni alloy with elements such as Sc,Zn,B,etc.The anti vulcanization performance of the alloy was analyzed using static immersion testing,dynamic potential scanning,and other characterization methods.The research results indicate that the addition of Sc,Zn,B and other elements can significantly improve the sulfurization resistance of Ag-4Cu-0.5Ni alloy in H2S atmosphere and Na_(2S) solution;The addition of alloying elements not only significantly reduces the self corrosion current and corrosion rate of alloy materials,but also significantly improves their sulfurization resistance.The improvement of material properties is related to factors such as the reduction of alloy micro shrinkage,the preferential reaction between Zn and S,and the formation of passivation film(Sc).
