摘 要:本文针对某公司10万t铜冶炼系统熔炼电除尘器在除尘过程中出现的故障,从电除尘器进口温度、阳极板间距、电除尘器进口氧浓控制与电场送电、除尘器灰斗积灰检查孔改造以及溢流螺旋筒体测温等方面优化改进,分析出有色冶炼烟气除尘系统的最佳运行方式,优化了除尘系统的运行参数,排查系统运行中的工艺隐患,并总结出实践经验,以期为同类型企业提高电除尘器收尘效率提供一定借鉴意义。This article focuses on the faults that occurred during the dust removal process of a company's 100 000 ton copper smelting system smelting electric dust collector.It optimizes and improves the inlettemperature of the electric dust collector,anode plate spacing,oxygen concentration control and electric field power transmission at the inlet of the electric dust collector,modification of the dust accumulation inspection hole in the dust collector ash hopper,and temperature measurement of the overflow spiral cylinder.The optimal operating mode of the non ferrous smelting flue gas dust removal system is analyzed,and the operating parameters of the dust removal system are optimized,Investigate the process hazards in the operation of the system and summarize practical experience,in order to provide certain reference significance for similar enterprises to improve the dust collection efficiency of electrostatic precipitators.
