摘  要:开发了一种基于连杆力无线测量的活塞组摩擦力在线测量方法,给出了摩擦力测量原理和连杆力无线测量方案。在对测量系统进行标定和验证基础上,实现了某大功率柴油机运转工况下活塞组摩擦力的在线测量。结果表明,所开发的测量方法具有较高的精度,可以捕捉发动机工作过程中活塞组摩擦力的变化规律,并具有很好的一致性,能够为发动机活塞组的低摩擦设计提供试验支持。An online measurement method of piston assembly friction force based on wireless measurement of connecting rod force was developed.The principle of friction measurement and the wireless measurement scheme of connecting rod force were presented.On the basis of calibration and verification of the measurement system,the online measurement of piston assembly friction force under operating conditions of a high-power diesel engine was conducted.The results show that the developed measurement method has high accuracy and can capture the change of piston assembly friction during engine operation with a good consistency,which can provide experimental support for the design of piston assemblies with low friction in engines.
