内置桁架龙骨聚氨酯外墙挂板的研究与应用

摘　　要：基于寒冷地区发展装配式建筑和对建筑节能的需求,研发了一种集保温、装饰、结构为一体的内置桁架龙骨聚氨酯外墙挂板,研究了墙板的设计方法、力学性能、连接构造关键技术以及生产工艺。该墙板作为装配式建筑外围护墙板,实现了墙板的轻质、高强、保温、耐候、防火、抗震及自承重等目标,其经济效益和社会效益显著。Based on the development of prefabricated buildings and building energy-saving need in cold areas:developing a built-in truss keel polyurethane exterior wall hanging board integrating thermal insulation:decoration and structure:and studying the design method:mechanical properties:key technologies of connection and production process of wall panel.This wall panel serves as an exterior maintenance wall panel for prefabricated building:realizes the goals of lightweight,high strength,heat preservation,weather resistance,fire prevention,seismic resistance and self-load-bearing of the wall panel,and has significant economic and social benefits.
