摘 要:为了对塔体主材构件受力不满足要求的单管塔进行加固,综合考虑到既有加固方式的缺陷,自主研发了一种单管塔新型加固装置,该装置具有占地面积小、施工方便等优点。基于北京某单管塔真实检测数据,利用大型通用有限元软件ABAQUS建立了三维实体有限元模型,对新型加固装置的力学性能进行了研究。研究结果表明,该装置能够显著降低单管塔塔体主材应力值,并满足加固需求。In order to strengthen the single-tube tower where the main components of the tower body are not satisfied,and taking into account the defects of existing reinforcement methods,a new type of single-tube tower reinforcement device has been independently developed.The device has the advantages of small footprint,convenient construction,etc.Based on the real inspection data of a single-tube tower in Beijing,this paper uses the large-scale general finite element software ABAQUS to establish a three-dimensional solid finite element model to study the mechanical properties of the new reinforcement device.Through the calculations,it is found that the device can significantly reduce the maximum stress level of the single-tube tower and meet the needs of reinforcement.
