摘 要:预应力高强度混凝土管桩(以下简称PHC管桩)作为软弱地质基础处理的重要方式,以其造价低、可工厂化预制、便于施工及承载力设计值比同样直径的沉管灌注桩、钻孔灌注桩和人工挖孔桩高等更具优势,基于此其被广泛用于软弱地质条件下的基础加固。但是群桩施工中,由于PHC管桩施工的顺序和间距,施工的方法和管桩形式不同,群桩会对桩的摩擦力和承载力产生耦合作用,同时也对成桩后的垂直度和标高产生不良影响,以某沿海饱水粘土层地质为例,群桩采用不同施工顺序和方法所产生的施工效应进行试验并对其分析阐述。PHC pipe pile as an important way of foundation treatment,with its low cost,factory prefabrication,easy construction,and bearing capacity design value than the same diameter of pipe cast-in-place pile,bored pile and artificial hole digging pile higher advantages,is widely used in weak geological conditions of foundation reinforcement.However,in pile group construction,due to the different construction sequence,distance,construction method and form of PHC pipe pile,pile group will have a coupling effect on the friction force and bearing capacity of pile,but also have an adverse effect on the perpendicality and elevation of pile.In this paper,under the geological condition of the coastal saturated clay layer constructed by our unit,The construction effect produced by different construction sequence and methods of pile group construction is tested and the analysis results are formed.
