摘 要:针对桥涵搭板底部脱空的形成原因及对高速运营潜在的安全影响,为有效处理搭板底部脱空病害,提出采用潜孔干钻配合压力注浆的处理方法,并引入地质雷达与视频内窥镜相结合的注浆效果检测方法。该项工艺在京沪高速公路沂淮淮江段扩建工程得到应用,实践证明,潜孔干钻配合高压注浆辅以地质雷达检测和视频内窥镜检查能够有效处理桥涵搭板底部脱空病害问题,具有良好的推广价值。Aiming at the causes of the bottom void of bridge and culvert approach slab and its potential safety impact on high-speed operation.In order to effectively deal with the bottom void disease of approach slab,the treatment method of down-hole dry drilling combined with high-pressure grouting is proposed,and the grouting effect detection method combining geological radar and video endoscope is introduced.This technology has been applied in Yihuai Huaijiang section expansion project of Beijing Shanghai Expressway.Practice has proved that down the hole dry drilling combined with high–pressure injection combined with geological radar detection and video endoscopy can effectively deal with the problem of void disease at the bottom of bridge and culvert approach slab,and has good popularization value.
