摘　　要：基于装配式住宅预制墙体连接施工技术,以北京市丰台区吴家村梅市口路工程A为研究对象,研究套筒灌浆连接技术施工过程,对灌浆前的施工准备、灌浆的施工过程进行阐述,并对灌浆漏浆情况进行检查及情况处理,以期为今后提高装配式建筑的施工质量提供借鉴。Based on the prefabricated residential prefabricated wall connection construction technology,taking Meishikou Road Project A in Wujiacun Village,Fengtai District,Beijing as the research object,the construction process of sleeve grouting connection technology is studied,the construction preparation before grouting and the construction process of grouting are explained,and the grout leakage situation is inspected and treated,in order to provide reference for improving the construction quality of prefabricated buildings in the future.
