摘 要:为探索膨胀混凝土加强带在控制超长薄壁混凝土结构裂缝方面的工程效果,以某综合污水处理厂拟建1号电子废水综合处理车间为例,针对工程实际提出“补偿收缩混凝土+膨胀加强带”的裂缝控制方案,并对微膨胀混凝土配合比设计及施工控制要点展开分析探讨。结果表明,补偿收缩混凝土+膨胀加强带的方案具有较好的裂缝防控效果,可在大体积混凝土结构施工中推广应用。In order to explore the engineering effect of expansive concrete reinforcement bands in controlling cracks in ultra-long and thin-walled concrete structures,taking the proposed 1号electronic wastewater comprehensive treatment workshop of a comprehensive sewage treatment plant as an example,a crack control scheme of"compensating shrinkage concrete+expansive reinforcement bands"is proposed based on the actual engineering situation,and the key points of mix design and construction control of micro-expansive concrete are analyzed and discussed.The results show that the scheme of compensating shrinkage concrete+expansion reinforcing belt has a good crack prevention and control effect,and can be widely applied in the construction of mass concrete structures.
