摘  要:以北海市西村港跨海大桥工程大体积承台混凝土配合比设计及施工为例,研究C40高性能海工混凝土配合比设计,针对其强腐蚀工作环境、浇筑方量大、水化热反应引起的混凝土内部温度高等一系列技术难点,采用粉煤灰、矿渣粉双掺技术设计配合比,同时掺1.5%阻锈剂,使盐水浸烘环境中钢筋腐蚀面积减少96%,并应用midas Civil软件,建立大体积混凝土水化热温度场计算模型,通过分析,应使大体积承台内部温度不高于75℃,内表温差不大于25℃,混凝土表面与大气温差不大于20℃。Taking the design and construction of concrete mix ratio of Xicun Port Bridge project in Beihai City as an example,study on the mix ratio design of c40 high-performance marine concrete,in view of a series of technical difficulties in the strong corrosion working environment,large pouring volume and high internal temperature caused by hydration heat reaction,using fly ash and slag powder to design the mix ratio,together with a 1.5%rust inhibitor,reduce the corrosion area of reinforcement in salt water drying environment by 96%,and apply the midas Civil software,establish the calculation model of the hydration thermal temperature field of mass concrete,by analyzing,the internal temperature of the large volume cap shall be less than 75℃,Internal surface temperature difference of 25℃,The temperature difference between the concrete surface and the atmosphere is 20℃.
