摘　　要：由于受到外界不同因素的影响,既有建筑在使用过程中逐渐受到不同程度的损伤,因此对其损伤原因分析和结构整体安全性进行安全性评估就尤为重要。对某混凝土结构厂房屋面板的损伤进行检测和分析,在此基础上对厂房主体结构安全性进行评估鉴定,给出了相应的处理建议和修复方法。可为相似安全评估工程提供参考和借鉴。Due to the influence of different external factors,the existing buildings are gradually damaged to varying degrees in the process of use.Therefore,it is particularly important to analyze the damage causes and evaluate the overall safety of the structure.In this paper,the damage of the building panel of a concrete structure factory is detected and analyzed.On this basis,the safety of the main structure of the factory is evaluated,and the corresponding treatment suggestions and repair methods are given.It can provide reference for similar safety assessment projects.
