摘  要:滨海地区软基条件下采用钻孔灌注桩或预制管桩等常规桩型,易产生挤土效益、对周边环境影响较大,遇密实性砂层施工的难度大,成桩质量难以保证。结合本工程实际情况,通过对现有常规桩型的优化,改造形成劲性复合桩,可以解决深厚淤泥单独适用管桩存在疑义的问题(如超长管桩稳定性问题);可以解决坚硬粘土层、密实砂层、卵石层以及风化岩层管桩沉桩问题,优化桩长以桩身强度控制承载力特征值,从而节省造价。Under the condition of soft foundation in coastal area,conventional pile types such as bored pile or prefabricated pipe pile,which is easy to produce crowding benefit,has a great impact on the surrounding environment,is difficult to meet the construction of compacted sand layer,and the quality of pile formation is difficult to ensure.According to the actual situation of the project,the optimization of the existing conventional pile type can solve the problem of deep silt(such as the stability of ultra-long pipe pile),concrete sand,pebble and weathered rock,and optimize the pile length to control the bearing capacity characteristic value by pile strength,so as to save the cost.
