摘　　要：党史学习教育一直是教育阵地上高高飘扬的红旗,是树立和培养当代大学生爱国主义精神与共产主义理想信念的重要途径。为进一步推动党史学习教育常态化长效化,结合当前大学生党史学习教育出现的新情况、发生的新变化、呈现的新特征,对大学生党史学习教育进行科学渐进规划,构建“支撑端——红色之窗”“运行端——红色之旅”“辐射端——红色之队”三端发力体系,聚焦学而信、信而行、行而立三个层级目标,围绕网络育人、实践育人、同辈育人,形成大学生党史学习教育“三端三级三育人”工作法,推动大学生党史学习教育“实、效、度”的多维共进。Education of the Party History has always been a red flag flying high on the educational front,and an indispensable way to establish and cultivate the patriotism and communist ideals and beliefs for contemporary college students.In order to further promote the normalization and long-term effect of the Party History learning,this paper combines with the current new situation,new changes,and new characteristics of Party History learning for college students,carrying out an scientific and progressive plan for the Party History learning.This paper forms a three-point system,including“Support point--Red Window”,“Operation point--Red Tour”,“Radiation point--Red Team”,focusing on three goals of each level,“Learning and Believing”,“Believing and Acting”,and“Acting and Standing”,centering on“network education”,“practice education”and“peer education”,which can promote the multi-dimensional co-progress of“practice,effectiveness,and degree”of the Party History learning for college students.
