摘 要:针对某综合化航空电子系统机架背板信号短路故障,根据现场各种制约因素,建立具有代价条件的故障树,按代价顺序进行分层次、多手段排查。利用电阻测量法将故障定位到J30J连接器处,并通过拆焊确认,最终解决了短路故障。结果表明:此类机架大型背板信号短路故障,在故障树分析排查的基础上,结合电阻测量法可以快速、准确、无损地定位故障点,降低背板损坏的风险;高密度J30J连接器若选用通孔引脚,在多次焊接的过程中容易出现爬锡过多现象,导致短路,在设计和使用中需要特别注意。Based on the signal short circuit fault of the rack backplane of an integrated avionics system,a fault tree analysis is established with cost conditions according to various constraints.Troubleshooting is performed hierarchically in cost order by multi-means.By resistance measurement,the fault is located to J30J connector,confirmed and solved by desoldering.Results show that the fault point can be located quickly,accurately and non-destructively for signal short-circuit fault.The risk of backplane damage can be reduced on the basis of fault tree analysis and resistance measurement.Special attention should be paid for high-density J30J connector with through-hole pins:excessive soldering may occur during multiple soldering processes,leading to short circuits.
