摘  要:故障诊断过程中,针对部分断路器故障不易察觉且难以根据装置显示的参数有效判定的问题,提出10 kV真空断路器机械特性及故障诊断方法。将STC8A8K64D4单片机作为采集装置,借助高速模数转换器,按照1.0 MHz的频率,采集高精度的真空断路器机械信号数据信息,并根据机械状态参数与运行状态参数的关系,计算得到真空断路器的机械特性。在故障诊断阶段,根据机械特性参数的变化情况判断设备是否处于故障状态,并根据机械状态参数与机械特性参数的关系确定故障类型。测试结果表明,设计方法对于不同类型和不同程度的故障诊断十分有效。During the process of diagnosing faults,due to the difficulty in detecting some circuit breaker faults and effectively judging them based on the parameters displayed on the device,a study on the mechanical characteristics and fault diagnosis methods of 10 kV vacuum circuit breakers was proposed.Using the STC8A8K64D4 microcontroller as the acquisition device,high-precision mechanical signal data information of the vacuum circuit breaker is collected at a frequency of 1.0 MHz using high-speed analog-to-digital conversion.Based on the relationship between mechanical state parameters and operating state parameters,the mechanical characteristics of the vacuum circuit breaker are calculated.In the fault diagnosis stage,it is determined whether the equipment is in a fault state based on the changes in mechanical characteristic parameters,and the fault type is determined based on the relationship between mechanical state parameters and mechanical characteristic parameters.The test results indicate that the design method is very effective for fault diagnosis of different types and degrees.
