摘　　要：激光能量衰减器是一种利用光的偏振性原理控制激光能量精密衰减的光电仪器,是专为高功率激光衰减设计的产品,能够提供电控激光衰减的解决方案。介绍一种由精密电动位系统和偏振光学元件组成的激光能量衰减器。其中,偏振光学元件由布儒斯特角放置的水平偏振片和可绕法线旋转的半波片组成,通过改变半波片的旋转角度来控制通过仪器的光偏振分量的比例,从而调节输出光束功率。Laser energy attenuator is a photoelectric instrument that controls the precision attenuation of laser energy by using the polarization principle of light.Is designed for high power laser attenuation products,can provide electronic laser attenuation solutions.This paper introduces a laser energy attenuator consisting of a precision electromotive motion system and polarized optical elements.The polarized optical element consists of a horizontal polarizing sheet placed at a Buwst angle and a half-wave plate that can rotate around the normal.By changing the rotation angle of the half-wave plate,we control the proportion of the light polarization component through the instrument,so as to adjust the output beam power.
