摘  要:为降低由于电源故障导致的雷达运行异常,引进灰色聚类算法,设计一种针对雷达电源故障的全新诊断方法。首先,采集雷达电源在运行中的输入电压、输出电压、电流、功耗等参数,对雷达电源信号中的脉冲描述字(Pulse Description Word,PDW)流进行处理,找出信号集合中满足PDW流或与PDW流具有相同特征的雷达电源信号,实现对雷达电源异常信号的分选。其次,引进灰色聚类算法,将分选后的雷达电源异常信号录入终端滤波处理设备中,设定信号的论域,对信号在空间中进行映射处理,在映射空间中对呈现离散化状态的雷达电源信号进行灰色聚类,以此实现雷达电源信号特征的提取。最后,引进雷达电源状态图,对雷达电源在作业过程中可能出现的不同状态及其当前状态进行描述,实现对雷达电源故障的检测与诊断。对比实验结果证明,设计方法可以在实现对雷达电源输出电压异常精准识别的基础上,提高雷达电源故障检测结果的准确性。In order to reduce the abnormal operation of radar caused by power failure,the gray clustering algorithm is introduced to design a new diagnosis method for radar power failure.Collect the input voltage,output voltage,current,power consumption and other parameters of the radar power supply in operation,process the Pulse Description Word(PDW)flow in the radar power signal,find the radar power signal in the signal set that meet the PDW flow or have the same characteristics as PDW flow,realize the sorting of abnormal signals of radar power supply,introduce the grey clustering algorithm,enter the sorted abnormal radar power signal into the terminal filter processing equipment,the theoretical domain of the set signal,mapping the signal in space,gray clustering of the radar power signals in the mapping space,To realize the extraction of radar power supply signal characteristics;Status diagram of the imported radar power supply,Describe the different states of radar power supply during operation,Realize the detection and diagnosis of radar power supply failure.The comparative experimental results prove that the design method can improve the accuracy of the radar power supply fault detection results on the basis of the accurate identification of the abnormal output voltage of the radar power supply.
