摘  要:电力系统的发展导致调度自动化系统的重要性日益提升,这些系统是电力系统安全稳定运行的关键组成部分之一。监控控制与数据采集(Supervisory Control And Data Acquisition,SCADA)系统最初用于电力调度自动化系统中,为实现能源管理系统(Energy Management System,EMS)/配电管理系统(Distribution Management System,DMS)在电力系统中的应用奠定了基础。为了促进电子系统的快速发展,基于SCADA向EMS/DMS系统的转变,设计了一种用于110 kV变电站模型的调度自动化系统。通过实施此系统,可以减少调度过程中的重复性工作,提高效率,提高电力分配的准确性。The development of power system has led to the increasing importance of dispatch automation system.These systems are one of the key components of safe and stable power system operation.Supervisory Control and Data Acquisition(SCADA)systems were originally used in power dispatching automation systems,providing the basis for realizing the application of Energy Management Systems(EMS)/Distribution Management Systems(DMS)in power systems.However,due to the rapid development of electronic information technology,the shift from SCADA to EMS/DMS systems has become critical.This paper aims to design a dispatching automation system for 110 kV substation model to promote its research and development.The implementation of this system can reduce the repetitive work in the dispatching process,improve efficiency and increase the accuracy of power distribution.
