发电厂低压厂用电系统接地保护配合方案研究

摘　　要：针对近年来发电厂发生的多起380 V地保护越级动作造成380 V电机控制中心(Motor Control Center,MCC)母线失压事故,部分发电厂因同时受其他因素影响,导致发电机组发生非计划停运事故。因此,提出厂用电系统接地保护越级的动作解决方案,从而保障设备在投产运营期的安全稳定运行。Aiming at the power plants in recent years,many 380 V ground protection overstep action caused by 380 V Motor Control Center(MCC)bus loss of voltage accidents,some power plants at the same time by other factors lead to unplanned shutdown of generating units occurred accidents.Therefore,we propose a solution for the grounding protection overrun of the plant power system to ensure the safe and stable operation of the equipment during the commissioning and operation period.
