摘　　要：山西某炼钢厂转炉增容改造需更换天车梁及滑触线,项目单位通过采用滑触线支架离线安装方式,加强工序间的密切配合,降低了劳动强度,提高了工时利用率。A plant converter capacity increase renovation involves replacement of overhead crane beams and trolley conductor in Shanxi.The bracket offline installation method was used to strengthen the close cooperation between processes,reduce labor intensity,and improve the boring operation rate.
