摘　　要：气相色谱分析仪是空分生产中常见的分析设备,主要用于空分系统中混合气体产品组分测量,其具有测量灵敏度高、选择性高等特性。由于气相色谱分析仪的测量精度会受到操作和日常维护影响,因此,应做好仪器的操作和维护工作。以常用气相色谱分析仪工作原理为基础,介绍了日常设备维护要点、故障案例及处理措施。Gas chromatography analyzer is a common analytical equipment in the pro-duction of air separation,mainly used for the measurement of mixed gas product compo-nents in the air separation system,which has the characteristics of high measurement sensi-tivity and high selectivity.Since the measurement accuracy of gas chromatography analyzers can be affected by operation and daily maintenance,the operation and maintenance of the instrument should be done well.Based on the working principle of commonly used gas chro-matography analyzers,the main points of daily equipment maintenance,fault cases and treat-ment measures are introduced.
