摘  要:在自备电厂中,低压加热器的做功情况往往不被重视,当低压加热器工况恶化时,将会减少汽轮机抽汽量,降低凝结水温度,增加冷源损失,进而降低整个朗肯循环的热效率。就如何提高凝结水温度,改善低压加热器的做功环境为重点,对汽轮机低压加热器的疏水、空气管进行调节。In factory-owned power plants,the work done by low-pressure heaters is of-ten unappreciated,and when the low-pressure heaters conditions deteriorate,it will reduce steam engine pumping,lower condensate temperatures,and increase cold-source losses,which in turn will reduce the thermal efficiency of the entire Rankine cycle.The low-pressure heater of the turbine is regulated with hydrophobic water and air tubes,focusing on increasing the condensate temperature and improving the work environment of the low-pressure heater.
