摘  要:某钢企为高炉送风的轴流式鼓风机在运行中突发故障,机组发生叶片及缸体熔损。在解析该机组工艺结构和联锁设置的基础上,通过对事故过程中各项性能参数曲线的分析和对设备损伤情况的观察,结合鼓风机研究文献和故障案例查询信息,推测还原事故发生时高炉鼓风机组内状态,对现有联锁保护是否足够、是否发挥作用进行分析和探讨,对如何避免同类事故发生给出建议。The axial flow blower for blast furnace air supply suddenly failed during op-eration,the unit occurred blade and cylinder melt damage.On the basis of process struc-ture and interlock setting of the unit,through analyzing the performance parameter curves in the process of the accident and observing the damage of the equipment,combining with the research literature on blowers and the information of the fault case query,it is speculated to restore the state of the blast furnace blower unit in the occurrence of the accident,so as to analyze and discuss the adequacy of the existing interlock protection and whether it is functioning or not,so that it can give suggestions on how to avoid the occurrence of the same kind of accidents.
