摘 要:介绍了某公司烧结余热锅炉系统及低压蒸汽管网现状。为充分回收烟气余热,对余热锅炉进行提压升级改造。通过提高锅炉产汽压力及蒸汽温度,将部分蒸汽送进汽轮机做功,再抽汽供热,实现能量梯级利用。改造后提高了低压蒸汽管网运行调节灵活性,解决了蒸汽放散噪音等问题,有较好的经济效益。The article describes the current status of a company′s sintering waste heat boiler system and low-pressure steam pipe network.In order to fully recover the flue gas waste heat,the waste heat boiler is upgraded with higher pressure.By increasing the steam production pressure and steam temperature of the boiler,part of the steam is sent to the tur-bine to do work,and then the steam is pumped for heat supply to realize the gradual utili-zation of energy.The renovation has improved the flexibility of low-pressure steam pipe net-work operation and regulation,solved the problem of steam dispersion noise,etc.,and has better economic benefits.
