摘 要:以沙钢焦化酚氰废水深度处理工程项目为例,通过增加除氟装置和臭氧催化氧化装置,分析了焦化废水CODcr(化学需氧量)和氟化物深度治理运行情况和效果,以期为焦化行业酚氰废水处理的研究与工程应用提供参考。分析结果表明,项目实施后酚氰废水出水CODcr(化学需氧量)低于30 mg/L、氟化物低于10mg/L,全流程每吨水处理药剂费用约4.5元,满足环保要求。Taking Shagang coking phenol-cyanide wastewater deep treatment project as an example,the operation status and effect of CODcr and fluoride deep treatment for coking wastewater were analyzed by adding fluoride removal device and ozone catalytic oxidation de-vice,so as to provide a reference for the research and engineering application of phenol-cyanide wastewater treatment in coking industry.Analysis results show that after the imple-mentation of the project,the CODcr of phenol-cyanogen wastewater effluent is lower than 30 mg/L,fluoride is lower than 10 mg/L,and the cost of the whole process of water treat-ment chemicals is about 4.5 yuan/t water,which meets the environmental protection require-ments.
