摘 要:定宽机锤头在侧压过程中的温度分布是研究锤头温度应力的关键。采用有限元间接耦合法,用重启动方法先计算锤头温度场,改变锤头和板坯的位置,由于重启动载荷步的限制,对侧压仿真流程进行了改进,有效模拟侧压多块板坯的工艺流程,仿真得到锤头在不同时刻的瞬态温度场。在此基础上,综合仿真结果的温度和温度梯度,判断最大温度应力出现的时刻,计算得到锤头的最大温度应力,为分析运动物体的温度及温度应力提供参考。The temperature distribution of the sizing press hammer head during side pressing is the key to study the temperature stress of the hammer head.The restart method is used to calculate the temperature field of the hammer head with finite element indirect coupling method,and the position of the hammer head and slab is changed.Due to the limitation of the restart load step,the simulation process of the side pressing is improved to effectively simulate the process with multiple slabs,so as to obtain the transient temperature field of the hammer head at different moments in the simulation.On this basis,the tempera-ture and temperature gradient of the simulation results are synthesized to determine the mo-ment when the maximum temperature stress appears,and the maximum temperature stress of the hammer head is calculated to provide a reference for analyzing the temperature and tem-perature stress of the moving object.
