摘 要:离心式风机是烧结工序产线中的关键设备,由于其长期在含尘烟气中运行,经常因叶片磨损、结垢等原因造成振动超限,影响风机的正常运转,危害烧结生产运行。从动平衡的理论和概念入手,介绍了风机非解体在线动平衡修复的基本原理。以实践经验为主,通过实例系统地介绍了现场动平衡技术和实施过程中需注意的主要问题。通过在运行状态下的动平衡修复,使风机能够继续维持平稳运行。由于该技术不需要解体设备,具备修复及时性和维修费用低等优点,具有较高的推广应用价值。Centrifugal fan is the key equipment in the production line of sintering pro-cess.Due to its long-term operation in the dusty flue gas,the vibration often exceeds the limit due to blade wear and scaling,which affects the normal operation of the fan and en-dangers the operation of sintering production.The basic principle of non-disassembled on-line dynamic balancing repair of wind turbines are presented on the basis of the theory and concept of dynamic balancing.Based on practical experience,it systematically introduces on-site dynamic balancing technology and the main issues to be noted during implementation through examples.By dynamic balancing repair under operating condition,the turbine is able to continue to maintain smooth operation.Since this technology does not require disinte-gration equipment,it has the advantages of immediate repair,low maintenance cost,and a high value of popularization and application.
