摘　　要：阐述了梅钢焦炉煤气脱萘系统蒸汽再生存在的问题及热煤气再生改造后的调试过程。重点对热煤气再生温度、流量的调试过程进行了说明,对热煤气再生过程中出现脱萘塔严重堵塞的原因进行了分析,并通过制定相关措施使现场问题得到有效解决。The article describes the problems of steam regeneration of coke oven gas denaphthalene system and the commissioning process of hot gas regeneration after transforma-tion in Meisteel,focuses on the commissioning process of hot gas regeneration temperature and flow rate,analyzes the reasons for the serious blockage of the denaphthalene tower in the process of hot gas regeneration,and solves the problems effectively by formulating rel-evant measures.
