共同富裕视域下乡村旅游促进乡村振兴的路径与制度创新研究

摘　　要：共同富裕的难点在“三农”,高质量的乡村振兴是实现共同富裕的必需选择。旅游业是推动乡村振兴的重要引擎,要大力发展乡村旅游,发挥其在产业兴旺、生态宜居、乡风文明、治理有效、生活富裕方面的综合带动作用,从而促进乡村产业振兴、乡村人才振兴、乡村文化振兴、乡村生态振兴、乡村组织振兴,促进共同富裕。要进行制度创新,为乡村旅游促进乡村振兴提供制度保障和要素保障。The difficulty in achieving common prosperity lies in“agriculture,rural areas and farmers”,and high-quality rural revitalization is an inevitable choice to achieve Common prosperity.The tourism industry serves as a crucial engine for promoting rural revitalization.It is necessary to vigorously develop rural tourism and leverage its comprehensive driving role in promoting industrial prosperity,ecological livability,cultural civility,effective governance,and prosperous livelihoods in rural areas.This will in turn promote the revitalization of rural industries,talents,culture,ecology,and organizations,ultimately fostering common prosperity.We need to carry out institutional innovation to provide institutional and factor guarantees for rural tourism to promote rural revitalization.
