摘 要:为探究影响水泥路面加铺沥青超薄罩面抗滑性能的因素,通过测试超薄罩面的摩擦系数BPN及构造深度TD对比了玄武岩、石灰岩、辉绿岩三种集料,SMA-10,AC-10,EMC-10三种级配以及温度对抗滑性能的影响,并通过室内加速加载试验分析了在不同磨耗次数下各因素对超薄罩面抗滑性能衰减的规律,最后采用多功能检测车对工后超薄罩面试验进行观测。结果表明:由辉绿岩和玄武岩组成的超薄罩面抗滑性能优于石灰岩,AC-10级配的抗滑性能不及SMA-10,EMC-10;随着温度的升高仅对摩擦系数BPN有所影响;随着磨耗次数的增加,超薄罩面的抗滑性能逐渐降低,其中石灰岩降低最为明显,AC-10整体抗滑性能较差,工后观测结果的变化规律与室内试验大致相近。In order to explore the factors affecting the anti-skid performance of cement pavement overlay asphalt ultra-thin surface,by testing the friction coefficient BPN of ultra-thin surface and the structural depth TD,the effects of three aggregates,basalt,limestone and diabase,three gradations,SMA-10,AC-10 and EMC-10,and temperature on anti-skid performance were compared.The attenuation rule of the anti-skid performance of the ultra-thin cover under different wear times was analyzed by the accelerated loading test in the laboratory.The results show that the sliding resistance of the ultra-thin surface composed of diabase and basalt is better than that of limestone,and the sliding resistance of AC-10 is worse than that of SMA-10 and EMC-10.With the increase of temperature,only the friction coefficient BPN is affected.With the increase of wear times,the slip resistance of the ultra-thin cladding gradually decreased,especially the limestone,and the overall slip resistance of AC-10 was poor.The change rule of the observed results after construction was roughly similar to that of the laboratory test.
