耳穴贴压联合穴位刮痧对血液透析患者胃肠功能及睡眠质量的影响

摘　　要：目的:探究耳穴贴压与穴位刮痧联合治疗对血液透析患者胃肠功能及睡眠质量的影响。方法:选取2021年4月至2022年10月漳州市中医院血透室收治的血液透析治疗患者92例作为研究对象,按照随机数字表法分为对照组和观察组,每组46例。对照组予以穴位刮痧治疗,观察组则予以耳穴贴压与穴位刮痧联合治疗,均持续治疗4周。对比治疗前后2组胃肠功能[胃肠道症状分级评分量表(GSRS)]、睡眠质量[匹兹堡睡眠质量指数(PSQI)]变化,记录2组临床疗效,并予以安全性评估。结果:治疗后,2组胃肠功能GSRS评分、睡眠质量PSQI评分均低于治疗前,且观察组较对照组更低,差异均有统计学意义(均P<0.05);观察组的总有效率93.48%(43/46),较对照组78.26%(36/46)更高,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);2组均无并发症发生。结论:耳穴贴压与穴位刮痧联合治疗能更好地促进血液透析患者胃肠功能增强,改善患者睡眠质量,且安全性高,可于临床推广。Objective:To explore the effect of auricular point sticking and scraping on gastrointestinal function and sleep quality of hemodialysis patients.Methods:A total of 92 hemodialysis patients admitted to the Hemodialysis Room of Traditional Chinese Medicine Hospital of Zhangzhou from April 2021 to October 2022 were selected as the research objects.According to the random number table method,they were divided into the control group and the observation group,with 46 cases in each group.The control group was treated with acupoint scraping,while the observation group was treated with a combination of ear acupoint pressing and acupoint scraping,both of which continued for 4 weeks.The changes of gastrointestinal function[Gastrointestinal Symptom Rating Scale(GSRS)]and sleep quality[Pittsburgh Sleep Quality Index(PSQI)]in the two groups were compared before and after treatment,the clinical efficacy of the two groups was recorded,and the safety was evaluated.Results:After treatment,the GSRS scores of gastrointestinal function and PSQI scores of sleep quality in both groups were lower than before treatment,and the observation group was lower than the control group,with a statistically significant difference(P<0.05).The total effective rate of the observation group[93.48%(43/46)]was higher than that of the control group[78.26%(36/46)],and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).No complications occurred in both groups.Conclusion:The combination of ear acupoint pressing and acupoint scraping therapy can better promote the enhancement of gastrointestinal function in hemodialysis patients,improve their sleep quality,and have high safety,which can be promoted in clinical practice.
