火龙罐疗法治疗心脾两虚型失眠的临床研究

摘　　要：目的:观察火龙罐疗法治疗心脾两虚型失眠的临床疗效。方法:选取2020年7月1日至2021年7月31日在广东省中山市中医院治未病中心、睡眠专科及中医护理门诊就诊的心脾两虚型失眠患者78例,采用随机数字表法分为观察组和对照组,每组39例。对照组采用归脾汤加减治疗,观察组采用火龙罐疗法联合归脾汤加减治疗,2组患者均连续治疗1个月。比较2组患者临床疗效、治疗前后中医证候积分、匹兹堡睡眠质量指数(PSQI)评分。结果:观察组总有效率94.9%,对照组总有效率76.9%,观察组总有效率优于对照组(P<0.05);2组患者治疗后中医证候积分、匹兹堡睡眠质量指数(PSQI)评分均较治疗前下降(P<0.05),且观察组治疗后中医证候积分和匹兹堡睡眠质量指数(PSQI)评分改善情况明显优于对照组(P<0.05),治疗期间2组患者均未发生不良反应。结论:火龙罐疗法治疗心脾两虚型失眠患者疗效显著,对患者睡眠质量和临床症状有明显改善作用。Objective:To observe the clinical effect of huolong cupping therapy on insomnia with deficiency of heart and spleen.Methods:From July 1,2020 to July 31,2021,78 insomnia patients with heart and spleen deficiency in the Preventive Treatment Center,sleep specialist and traditional Chinese Medicine nursing clinic of Guangdong Zhongshan Hospital of Traditional Chinese Medicine were selected and divided into observation group and control group by random number table method,with 39 cases each.The control group was treated with Guipi decoction,and the observation group was treated with Huolong cupping therapy on the basis.Both groups were treated for 1 month.The clinical efficacy,TCM syndrome scores and Pittsburgh sleep quality index(PSQI)scores before and after treatment were compared between the two groups.Results:The total effective rate was 94.9%in the observation group and 76.9%in the control group.The total effective rate in the observation group was better than that in the control group(P<0.05).After treatment,the TCM syndrom and PSQI score of the two groups were lower than those before treatment(P<0.05),and the improvement of TCM syndrome and PSQI scores in the observation group were significantly better than those in the control group(P<0.05).No adverse reactions occurred in the two groups during treatment.Conclusion:Huolong cupping therapy has a significant effect on insomnia patients with deficiency of heart and spleen,and can significantly improve the sleep quality and clinical symptoms of patients.
