观察健脾愈胃汤与常规西药疗法联用对胃溃疡合并失眠患者不良反应、睡眠质量及效果的影响

摘　　要：目的:观察健脾愈胃汤与常规西药疗法联用对胃溃疡合并失眠患者不良反应、睡眠质量及效果的影响。方法:选取2021年5月至2022年5月福建省浦城县中医医院内科收治的胃溃疡合并失眠患者60例作为研究对象,按照随机数字表法分为观察组和对照组,每组30例。对照组给予常规西药治疗,观察组在对照组基础上联合给予健脾愈胃汤治疗。采用中医证候积分比较2组患者的症状变化,采用匹兹堡睡眠质量指数(PSQI)比较2组患者干预前后的睡眠质量变化,同时比较2组患者的不良反应发生率及治疗有效率。结果:护理干预后,观察组中医证候积分显著低于对照组,观察组治疗总有效率显著高于对照组,观察组不良反应发生率显著低于对照组,观察组治疗有效率显著高于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(均P<0.05)。结论:对胃溃疡合并失眠患者而言,选择健脾愈胃汤联合常规西药治疗模式干预,疗效确切,安全有效,有利于改善患者的睡眠质量,缓解胃溃疡症状,值得临床推广使用。Objective:To observe the effects of Jianpi Yuwei Decoction combined with conventional western medicine on the adverse reactions,sleep quality and effect of patients with gastric ulcer complicated with insomnia.Methods:A total of 60 patients with gastric ulcer complicated with insomnia admitted to the internal medicine department of Pucheng County Hospital of Traditional Chinese Medicine from May 2021 to May 2022 were selected as research objects and were divided into observation group and control group according to the random number table method,with 30 patients in each group.The control group was treated with conventional western medicine,and the observation group was treated with Jianpi Yuwei Decoction on the basis of the control group.TCM syndrome score was used to compare the changes of symptoms between the two groups,Pittsburgh Sleep Quality Index(PSQI)was used to compare the changes of sleep quality between the 2 groups before and after the intervention,and the incidence of adverse reactions and treatment effectiveness were compared between the 2 groups.Results:After nursing intervention,the TCM syndrome score of the observation group was significantly lower than the control group,the total effective rate of the observation group was significantly higher than the control group,the incidence of adverse reactions in the observation group was significantly lower than the control group,and the effective rate of the observation group was significantly higher than the control group,the difference between the two groups was statistically significant(P s<0.05).Conclusion:For the patients with gastric ulcer complicated with insomnia,choosing Jianpi Yuwei Decoction combined with conventional Western medicine treatment mode intervention has accurate efficacy,safety and effectiveness,which is conducive to improving the sleep quality of patients and alleviating the symptoms of gastric ulcer,and is worthy of clinical promotion and use.
