老年睡眠障碍患者药物利用分析及药学服务模式探讨

摘　　要：目的:探讨老年睡眠障碍患者药物利用分析及药学服务模式。方法:选取2020年1月至2022年6月茂名农垦医院收治的老年睡眠障碍患者86例作为研究对象,按照随机数字表法分为对照组和观察组,每组43例。对照组需要采用常规的药学服务模式,观察组患者使用新型药学服务模式,比较2组患者的睡眠质量、用药安全、用药依从性以及护理满意度。同时需要统计本院心理以及失眠专科门诊使用的药物,进行药物利用分析。结果:观察组患者匹兹堡睡眠质量指数(PSQI)评分中的睡眠潜伏时间低于对照组,而睡眠时间则明显比对照组要高,差异均有统计学意义(均P<0.05);观察组不良反应的发生情况以及医护人员调配差错事件的发生率比对照组要低,差异均有统计学意义(均P<0.05);观察组患者的服药态度、用药依从性以及不良反应产生的负面影响都明显低于对照组患者,差异均有统计学意义(均P<0.05);观察组患者的护理满意度明显要高于对照组患者,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);在茂名农垦医院心理以及失眠专科门诊使用的药物一共有133种,总金额39.85万元,其中精神类药物排名在第1位,中成药类药物排名在第2位。结论:对于老年睡眠障碍患者采用新型的药学服务模式能够提高患者的治疗效果,值得在临床上推广。Objective:To explore the analysis of drug utilization and pharmaceutical care model in elderly patients with sleep disorders.Methods:A total of 86 elderly patients with sleep disorder who were admitted to Agricultural Reclamation Hospital of Maoming in Guangdong from January 2020 to June 2022 were selected as the study subjects,and were divided into the control group and the observation group according to the random number table method,with 43 cases in each group.The control group needs to adopt a conventional pharmaceutical service model,while the observation group patients use a new pharmaceutical service model.Compare the sleep quality,medication safety,medication compliance,and nursing satisfaction of the two groups of patients.At the same time,it is necessary to calculate the medication used in the psychological and insomnia clinics of our hospital,and conduct drug utilization analysis.Results:The Pittsburgh Sleep Quality Index(PSQI)score of patients in the observation group showed that their sleep time during incubation was lower than that of the control group,while the sleep time was significantly higher than that of the control group,with statistically significant differences(P s<0.05).The incidence of adverse reactions and medical staff allocation errors in the observation group was lower than that in the control group,and the differences were statistically significant(P s<0.05).The medication attitude,medication compliance,and negative effects of adverse reactions in the observation group were significantly lower than those in the control group,with statistically significant differences(P s<0.05).The nursing satisfaction of the observation group patients was significantly higher than that of the control group patients,with a statistically significant difference(P<0.05).A total of 133 drugs were used in the psychological and insomnia clinics of Agricultural Reclamation Hospital of Maoming in Guangdong,with a total amount of 398500 yuan,of which psychotropic drugs ranked first and traditional Chinese pate
