摘　　要：软包装无溶剂复合生产过程中,除了无溶剂胶黏剂本身性能以外,复合膜成品的复合牢度也受到诸多因素的影响。本文通过对无溶剂复合工艺条件进行控制,制备了多组PET/PE无溶剂复合膜样品,并研究其胶黏剂涂布量和复合速度对复合膜成品质量的影响。结果表明,剥离强度随涂布量的增加而增加,随复合速度的增加而略有减小,且涂布量对剥离强度的影响较大。经测试,样品的热封强度和落镖冲击强度满足国家标准要求。本研究对提高无溶剂复合膜的复合牢度与规模化生产发挥了一定的作用。In the solventless laminating production of flexible packaging,in addition to the performance of solventless adhesive itself,the fastness of the laminating films is also affected by many factors.In this paper,samples of solventless PET/PE laminating films were prepared by controlling the process conditions of solventless laminating,and the effects of adhesive coating weight and laminating speed on the quality of laminating films were studied.The results show that the peeling strength increases with the increase of the coating weight,and decreases slightly with the increase of the laminating speed,and the coating weight has a great impact on the peeling strength.After testing,the heat sealing strength and dart impact strength of the sample can meet the requirements of the national standard.This study provides a value for improving the laminating fastness and large-scale production of solventless laminating films.
