摘　　要：近些年我国烟草行业的发展面临的压力越来越大,跨国烟草公司借助于并购和资产重组,国际烟草市场垄断性全面增强。再加上我国加入世贸组织,越来越多资金实力较为雄厚的外国烟草公司开始进入我国市场。为应对越来越激烈的市场竞争,我国本土烟草公司除了需要进一步优化内部管理,挖掘企业发展潜力,还需要加强设备的更新换代,并通过对新型烟草包装设备的维修和质量管理工作,以改善其劳动生产率,优化质量控制水平,提高企业的经济效益。基于此,针对烟草包装设备的维修和质量管理进行研究,并提出策略,供参考。In recent years,in the process of the development of China’s tobacco industry,it is facing more and more pressure.With the help of mergers and acquisitions and asset restructuring,transnational tobacco companies have comprehensively strengthened the monopoly of the international tobacco market.In addition,with China’s entry into the WTO,more and more foreign tobacco companies with relatively strong financial strength have begun to enter the Chinese market.In order to cope with the increasingly fierce market competition,in addition to further optimizing the internal management and tapping the development potential of enterprises,local tobacco companies in China also need to strengthen the upgrading of equipment,and through the maintenance and quality management of new tobacco packaging equipment,to improve their labor productivity,optimize the quality control level,and improve the economic benefits of enterprises.Based on this,this paper studies the maintenance and quality management of tobacco packaging equipment,and puts forward strategies for reference.
