选煤厂溜槽设计改造应用实践

摘　　要：本文主要介绍了溜槽的特点、工艺布置、倾角及落料点的选择以及望峰岗选煤厂部分溜槽使用状况及设计改造,通过相关改造,使得现场溜槽寿命大大延长,更好地满足系统生产的要求,进一步减轻了职工劳动工作量,保证了厂房的安全生产,并且节约资金更加可观。This article mainly introduces the characteristics,process layout,selection of inclination angle and blanking point of the chute,as well as the use status and design transformation of some chutes in Wangfenggang coal preparation plant.Through relevant transformation,the life of the on-site chute is greatly extended,to better meet the requirements of system production,further reduce the labor workload of employees,ensure the safe production of the plant,and save more money.
