摘 要:设备的几何误差的测量是设备中零件制造、安装过程中重要的质量检测工作之一,测量结果是否准确直接关系到设备安装质量的好坏及后期使用精度。几何误差的测量方法虽然很多,但既能满足精度要求、又能便捷地用于工作设备在作业现场测量的测量方式方法就比较少。文章分别以机床导轨和机用虎钳导轨的直线度误差的测量为例,提炼出了设备实际测量过程中,两种不同工况下的四种常用的测量方案,加以分析、比较,最终推广出可操作性强、精确度高的最合理、最适应的测量方案,进而进行推广和应用。The measurement of geometric errors in equipment is one of the important quality inspection tasks during the manufacturing and installation process of parts in the equipment.The accuracy of the measurement results directly affects the quality of equipment installation and the accuracy of later use.Although there are many measurement methods for geometric errors,there are relatively few methods that can meet accuracy requirements and be conveniently used for measuring work equipment on the job site.The article takes the measurement of straightness error of machine tool guide rails and machine vice guide rails as examples,extracts four commonly used measurement schemes under two different working conditions in the actual measurement process of the equipment,analyzes and compares them,and ultimately promotes the most reasonable and suitable measurement scheme with strong operability and high accuracy,and further promotes and applies it.
