住宅建筑供热能耗分析与节能策略研究——以御江景城小区为例

摘　　要：本文针对御江景城小区的供热能耗问题,进行了深入研究与分析。通过收集御江景城小区2021-2022年采暖季的能耗数据,并结合天气情况、建筑特征和用户行为等因素,对能耗进行了全面的分析和评估,探讨了影响采暖能耗的因素,并提出了建筑节能改造、用户教育和行为干预、供热系统和运行管理优化等方面的节能措施。以期为其他类似规模和结构的住宅小区提供有益的参考和指导,进一步促进能源可持续利用和建筑节能减排。This article conducts in-depth research and analysis on the heating energy consumption problem of Yujiang Jingcheng Community.By collecting the energy consumption data of the heating season from 2021 to 2022 in Yujiang Jingcheng Community,and combining the weather conditions,building characteristics and user behavior,the energy consumption was comprehensively analyzed and evaluated,the factors affecting the heating energy consumption were discussed,and the energy saving measures in building energy saving transformation,user education and behavior intervention,hydronics and operation management optimization were proposed,to provide useful reference and guidance for other residential communities of similar scale and structure,and further promote sustainable energy utilization and building energy conservation and emission reduction.
