摘  要:为保证建筑物地基基础施工时的安全,在查明某商住楼场地岩溶发育情况基础上,采取注浆法对该岩溶场地进行加固处理。施工结束后,采用钻探抽芯法、标准贯入试验、室内土工试验等多种方法对注浆处理效果进行检测分析。结果表明:采用注浆法处理后,溶(土)洞充填效果明显,平板载荷试验得到的地基承载力特征值增长超17.4%,标准贯入试验击数平均值增长17.6%~31.3%,土层孔隙比、压缩模量、黏聚力、内摩擦角等物理参数整体提升5.6%~20.4%。注浆处理对土层加密效果较好,能有效预防建筑场地在地基基础施工过程中发生地面塌陷地质灾害。In order to ensure the safety of building foundation construction,it adopts grouting method to reinforce the karst site on the basis of finding out the development of karst of a commercial and residential building.After the construction,the grouting treatment effect is tested and analysed by drilling core pulling method,standard penetration test,indoor geotechnical test and other methods.The results show that after grouting treatment,the filling effect of solution(soil)tunnel is obvious,the bearing capacity characteristic value of foundation obtained from plate load test increases by more than 17.4%,the average number of hammer strikes by standard penetration test increases by 17.6%-31.3%,and the physical parameters of soil layer,such as void ratio,compression modulus,cohesion and internal friction angle increase by 5.6%-20.4%as a whole.The grouting treatment has better densification effect on soil layer and can effectively prevent geological disasters of ground collapse during construction of building site foundation.
