摘 要:为解决光纤光栅应变传感器在锚杆应力测试中存在存活率低、工艺要求高等问题,自主设计了微型夹持式光纤光栅(FBG)测力锚杆,建立了应变灵敏度理论分析公式。通过室内锚杆拉伸试验,验证了微型夹持式光纤光栅测力锚杆具有很好的应变测试性能和应变灵敏度,且应变灵敏度与初始灵敏度的比值与理论计算一致,并可根据需要调整测试。现场应用试验结果表明:该微型夹持式光纤光栅测力锚杆力学测试的现场适应能力强,较准确地监测了锚杆杆体的受力变化过程。微型夹持式光纤光栅测力锚杆为隧洞锚杆应力监测提供了便捷、可靠的技术手段,监测成果可为锚杆支护设计提供可靠依据。In order to solve the problem of low survival rate and high process requirements of Fiber Bragg Grating(FBG)strain sensor in bolt stress testing,the micro clamping FBG force measuring bolt was independently designed,and the theoretical analysis formula of strain sensitivity was established.Through indoor bolt tensile test,it was verified that the micro clamped FBG force measuring bolt had good strain testing performance and strain sensitivity,the ratio of strain sensitivity to initial sensitivity was consistent with the theoretical calculation,and the test sensitivity can be adjusted as required.The field application test results showed that the mechanical test performance of the micro clamped FBG force measuring anchor bolt had strong adaptability in the field,and the stress change process of the anchor rod body had been monitored accurately.The micro clamped FBG force measuring bolt can provide a convenient and reliable technical mean for stress monitoring of tunnel bolt,and the monitoring results can provide a reliable basis for the design of tunnel bolt support.
