摘 要:定向钻技术广泛应用在管道穿越河槽段设计施工中,以保定市满城区方顺桥2号主干线采用定向钻方式穿越龙泉河主槽工程为背景,利用数值模拟计算分析了入土角度、出土角度和埋深等3个设计参数对定向穿越河槽输水管道力学性能的影响。结果表明:3个设计参数均对穿越河槽输水管道的力学性能存在显著影响,采用12°的入土角度、10°的出土角度以及12 m的埋深为最佳设计方案。研究成果可为定向钻穿越河槽的类似工程设计和理论研究提供参考。Directional drilling technology is widely used in the design and construction of pipeline crossing river channel.Based on the project of directional drilling through the main channel of Longquan River in Fangshunqiao No.2 main line of Mancheng District,the influence of three design parameters,including the angle of excavation,angle of excavation and the depth of burial,on the mechanical properties of directional crossing river channel water transmission pipeline were analyzed by numerical simulation.The results showed that the three design parameters had significant effects on the mechanical properties of water pipeline through the river channel.The optimal design scheme was 12°excavation angle,10°excavation angle and 12 m burial depth.
