内陆开放的金华模式与新阶段实践思路研究

摘　　要：长期以来,以金华为核心的浙中城市群聚焦于构建最终产品市场交易体系和现代流通体系,形成了市场采购贸易、中欧班列(义新欧)及中非经贸合作等诸多高辨识度开放标识。以金华为样本,总结其在内陆高水平开放过程中的实践经验,分析提出内陆型开放的金华模式,并进一步提出,新阶段要积极培育更具竞争力的开放型产业、推动更加可持续的国际贸易发展、打造更加便捷畅达的开放大通道、构建支撑高水平开放的制度创新体系等举措建议,以期为金华乃至全国其他内陆地区开放实践提供一些启示。For a long time,the central Zhejiang City cluster with Jinhua as the core has been focusing on the construction of final product market trading system and modern circulation system.It has gone out of the road of opening to the outside world and western cities,and has formed many highly recognizable opening signs such as market procurement trade,China-Europe freight train(Yizhou-Xinjiang-Europe)and China-Africa economic and trade cooperation.Taking Jinhua as a sample,this paper summarizes its practical experience in the process of high-level inland opening,analyzes and puts forward the Jinhua model of inland opening,and further puts forward,In the new era,we should actively cultivate more competitive open industries,promote the development of more sustainable international trade,create more convenient and smooth open channel,and construct the system innovation system supporting high-level opening,so as to provide some enlightenment for the opening practice of Jinhua and other inland areas of the country.
