摘　　要：提升乡村旅游公共服务质量对推进乡村旅游产业升级、提高发展质量具有重要作用。“十四五”开局以来,国家及各省市先后发布多个文件以推进乡村旅游高质量发展。为实现舟山乡村旅游高质量发展目标,以乡村旅游公共服务为切入点,首先,通过因子分析,构建了包括基础设施、安全、环境、接待设施、交通、行政6方面的评价指标体系;其次,使用AHP确定各个指标的权重,结合模糊综合评价法得出游客对舟山乡村旅游体验过程中的公共服务质量的感知结果,最后,根据综合评价结果提出提升舟山乡村旅游公共服务质量的建议。Improving the public service quality of rural tourism plays an important role in promoting the upgrading of rural tourism industry and improving the quality of development.Since the beginning of the 14th Five Year Plan,the relevant departments at the national,provincial and municipal levels have issued a number of documents to promote the high-quality development of rural tourism.In order to achieve the goal of high-quality development of rural tourism in Zhoushan,with rural tourism public services as the starting point.Firstly,through factor analysis,it constructs an evaluation index system including infrastructure,safety,environment,reception facilities,transportation and administration;Secondly,AHP is used to determine the weight of each indicator,and combined with the fuzzy comprehensive evaluation method,tourists'perception of the public service quality in the experience process of rural tourism in Zhoushan is obtained.Finally,according to the comprehensive evaluation results,suggestions are put forward to improve the public service quality of rural tourism in Zhoushan.
