摘　　要：在对相关案例教学研究与实践进行总结的基础上,探讨了在国际投资与跨国管理课程中设计与“人类命运共同体”思想相匹配的中国海外投资案例库及配套的案例教学方案,具体从案例库总体设计、案例具体内容设计、配套教学方案设计三个层面对该案例库的教学进行详细阐述,这一案例教学有利于培养将“企业利益与东道国关切”有机统一的高层次跨国经营人才。Based on a summary of relevant case teaching research and practice,this paper discusses how to design the China’s overseas investment case database and its supporting case teaching scheme in the course of International Investment and Transnational Management which matches the idea of a Community with a Shared Future for Mankind.Specifically,this paper expounds the teaching of the case database in detail from three aspects:the overall design of the case database,the specific content design of the case database,and the design of supporting teaching scheme.This case teaching is conducive to the cultivation of high-level transnational management talents who organically unify enterprise value and host country’s concerns.
