摘 要:以入口处增设多孔扰流板作为卧式滤筒除尘器流场优化方法,研究其对除尘器流场的优化作用。以综合流量分配系数ΔK_(ξ)作为流场均匀性评价指标,采用正交试验法进行CFD数值模拟设计,研究扰流板的孔面积占比率f、扰流板B面与滤室壁面之间的距离ΔL、孔型T对流场的影响。结果表明,适当增加f和ΔL可降低ΔK_(ξ),圆孔的优化效果要优于方孔,影响ΔK_(ξ)的程度排序为f>T>ΔL,以f=30%、ΔL=150 mm、孔型为圆孔作为最优参数组合优化流场,优化后ΔK_(ξ)降低了67.5%。The porous spoiler at the entrance is used as the optimization method of the flow field of the horizontal filter cartridge dust collector,and its optimization effect on the flow field of the dust collector is studied.Taking the comprehensive flow distribution coefficientΔK_(ξ)as the evaluation standard for the uniformity of the flow field,the orthogonal test method is used to study the effect of the hole area ratio f of spoiler,the distance ΔL between the B surface of spoiler and the filter chamber wall,and the hole type T on the flow field.The results show thatΔK_(ξ)can be reduced by appropriately increasing f and ΔL,and the optimization effect of round holes is better than that of square holes.Taking f=30%,ΔL=150 mm,T=circular hole is used as the optimal parameter combination to optimize the flow field,and ΔK_(ξ)is reduced by 67.5%after optimization.
