摘 要:为了提高某自动步枪击发机构的可靠性,根据击发机构工作原理,归纳了影响击发机构性能的结构参数。以某自动步枪为研究对象,应用动力学数值仿真技术建立击发机构模型,对击发机构进行参数化分析与优化设计。通过改变击锤簧刚度、阻尼、预压力,弹底与机头弹底窝平面间隙以及击针突出量等变量,以底火变形能最小为优化目标,建立了击发机构优化模型。数值算例结果表明,优化后底火的变形能比优化前减小17%,验证了该方法的可行性。In order to improve the reliability of firing mechanism,the structural parameter affecting the firing mechanism are summarized according to the working principle of the firing mechanism.Taking an automatic rifle as the research object,the firing mechanism model is established by using dynamic numerical simulation technology,and the firing mechanism is analyzed and optimized.By changing the stiffness,damping and pre-pressure of the hammer spring;the plane clearance between the bottom of the projectile and the nose of the projectile;and the protruding amount of the striking needle,the optimization model of the firing mechanism is establish with the minimum deformation energy of the primer as the optimization target.Numerical examples show that the deformation energy of the primer after optimization is reduced by 17%compared with that before optimization,which verifies the feasibility of this method.
