摘 要:针对小型深沟球轴承装配中的合套工序,提出了一种以游隙和回转精度为目标的轴承元件选配优化方法。首先,从深沟球轴承内部几何关系入手,建立了轴承回转精度数值模型;然后在此基础上,研究了以轴承径向游隙及回转精度为约束条件的轴承元件选配方法。结果表明,轴承元件的不同组合方式对轴承性能具有不同的影响,与传统的轴承合套方法相比,所提出的轴承元件选配方法能够有效提高轴承合套率以及轴承回转精度。In view of the fitting process in the assembly of small deep groove ball bearings,an optimization method for selecting and matching bearing components with the goal of clearance and rotation accuracy is proposed.First,starting with the internal geometric relationship of deep groove ball bearings,a numerical model of bearing rotation accuracy is established;then,the selection method of bearing components with bearing radial clearance and rotation accuracy as constraints is studied.The research results show that the different combinations of bearing components have an important impact on the bearing performance.Compared with the traditional assembly method of the bearing fitting process,the bearing component selection method proposed in this paper can effectively improve the bearing fitting rate and bearing rotation accuracy.
