摘 要:碟式分离机工作转速常在一阶临界转速之上,当转子系统设计不合理时,运行过程中容易产生共振。基于DyRoBeS软件,建立某型碟式分离机的转子系统模型,通过改变支承刚度、支承跨距、悬臂长度等参数,探究其对碟式分离机动力学特性的影响。结果表明:在一定范围内,轴系一阶临界转速与支承刚度、支承跨距呈正相关,而与悬臂长度呈负相关;轴系不平衡响应峰值与支承刚度、悬臂长度呈正相关,而与支承跨距呈负相关;轴系应力与三者均呈正相关。The working speed of the disc separator is often above the first-order critical speed.When the design of rotor system is unreasonable,resonance is easy to occur during operation.Therefore,the rotor system model of a disc separator is established based on DyRoBeS,and parameters such as supporting stiffness,supporting span and cantilever length are changed to explore their influence on the dynamic characteristics of the disc separator.The results show that in a certain range,the first-order critical speed of shafting is positively correlated with supporting stiffness and supporting span,but negatively correlated with cantilever length;The peak value of shafting unbalance response is positively correlated with supporting stiffness and cantilever length,but negatively correlated with supporting span;The shafting stress is positively correlated with the three.
